EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES EDUCATION: PME is primarily focused on educating new Emergency Medical Responders (EMRs) and Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs), as well as keeping already certified EMRs and EMTs up-to-date on their mandatory Continuing Education requirements.

EMS EDUCATION CONSULTATION: Aside from other public/county run EMS Education Institutions in Pennsylvania, PME’s Founding Director is the former head of a private EMS Education Institute’s Hybrid EMT Program in Lower Bucks County from 2018-2022. Amanda graduated summa cum laude from Temple University’s College of Education with a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Adult and Organizational Development with concentrations on training, facilitation, leadership development, conflict intervention (mediation and alternative dispute resolution management), and communication. Her real-life application in EMS Education has been well demonstrated as Amanda has developed her instructional design abilities and builds experiential activities, quizzes/exams, beneficial homework assignments, scenarios, study guides and visual aids, informative presentations, and lectures that don’t put anyone to sleep. She designs a classroom both virtually and in-person that fosters true learning, development, and retention of knowledge.

Amanda is available to assist in EMS Education research, policy and procedure creation, writing and editing, as well as formulation of new EMS Education programs, bridge programs (ex. EMR to EMT), and content/material creation for EMS Education programs.
